You've stepped on the scale and don't like what it says. Clothes that used to fit and flatter now do neither. Maybe you're waking up every morning stiff, sore, and far from ready to attack the new day. Or you've had a conversation with your doc that involves the threat of "meds." Whatever the reason, you are ready to make some big changes in how you take care of yourself, changes that will create a solid foundation for a healthy and vibrant life.
The Healthy Habits Reset is a structured coaching engagement that starts where you are and is tailored to the health goals you want to achieve. We work together to create and move along a roadmap that resets how you approach food, fitness, and lifestyle. At the end of the 12 weeks, you have the knowledge, habits, and resources to keep going with what we started.
We start with a free Discovery call - 30 minutes up to 1 hour, to discuss your aims and any barriers to achieving them, what you envision a coach helping with, and your readiness to embark on a journey of change. 12 weeks is a big investment; let's make sure we have a fit first!
Once we agree to move forward and you've submitted payment and signed the Client Agreement, I'll send you the Intake Form, so you can describe "where you are" - details about your current eating, movement, lifestyle, overall health, support, stress levels and sources, sleep, energy levels, and other facets of your life that relate to your goals.
In our first coaching call, we review your answers on the Intake Form, agree to the main health goals we will be tackling in the 12 weeks, set up a schedule for the weekly check-in/coaching calls, and agree on the objective for your first week.
Our weekly calls are the "heartbeat" of our coaching relationship; they give us a rhythm for short-term objectives and assessing progress. It's crucial for you to commit to these calls. In the weekly calls we review your check-in information (completed on the Check-In form prior to the call), celebrate your successes and brainstorm solutions to any issues you ran into. I answer questions you may have, we jointly agree on the objective for the upcoming week, and work out how you can stay accountable for achieving it. Each week, you make progress on the road to your main goals - progress you will be able to see and feel!
